"Hand-picked fruit is pressed immediately and fermented in stainless steel without any skin contact. The wine is then aged in stainless steel for six months after adding the fortifying spirit. It has an enticing satsuma-skin aroma, grapey and slightly waxy. It's very full-bodied but has the intensity of fruit, acidity and bitterness to bring balance and freshness.
